Shipping policy

Shipping:

• $7.95 flat-rate US shipping, FREE domestic shipping on orders over $125
• Weight Based shipping for Bulk items (Dog houses, Scooters, Kennels, Oversized Bags, etc) 
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days, except during peak times when this can take longer.
• FREE local pickup is available in Sanford, Florida (Choose option at checkout.)
• During peak times of year shipping can take up to 7-10 business days. Shipping times are completely dependent on the carrier and outside of our control.
• If you require an order to be shipped immediately, or require expedited shipping please reach out to hello@furseasonsbb.com
• Any claims for misdelivered or missing packages must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
