Refund policy
Returns:
- Returns and order issues must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: seasonal items, pre/special order items, accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items, pet items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- In the event your order is undeliverable and/or returned to Fur Seasons by the carrier for any reason, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to have the order shipped a second time.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once a tracking number has been assigned by a carrier.
