Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• $4.99 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $99
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 business hours.
• FREE local pickup is available in Sanford, FL (Choose option at checkout)
  

Returns:

• Returns and order issues must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: seasonal items, pre/special order items, accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, consumables, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
  In the event your order is undeliverable and/or returned to Fur Seasons Boutique + Boarding by the carrier for any reason, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to have the order shipped a second time.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once a tracking number has been assigned by a carrier.
